Worker safety is taken very seriously at Edison Footwear. Abundant precautions and safety measures are put in place, so our workers know that they work in a safe environment. Proper energy regulations are maintained with green-energy (480KW Solar) backup in case of power failures for critical operational functions. Adequate safety indicators are up, and visible and emergency disaster eviction protocols are put in place.

We care
We care deeply about our workers. At our factory compound there are various facilities available to our workers to ease and facilitate their working conditions.
There is an on-site doctor service available for all workers. Any worker can avail primary medical service from here. Also, a well-equipped and staffed day-care center is operated providing childcare support.
A fair price shop is maintained so our workers can get basic living supplies from us at fair prices.
